To preserve security and system resources, we may enforce limits on active database transactions and simultaneous active device sessions. Attempts to bypass device locks or share single-user profiles across unlinked devices may lead to temporary suspension of API access.
You retain full ownership of all client lists, product databases, and invoice histories uploaded to InvoiceOne. In compliance with data protection standards:
InvoiceOne is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, InvoiceOne shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from tax auditing discrepancies, calculation errors, business downtime, or penalties levied by the GST Council or local state tax departments.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or compliance actions arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
