Welcome to InvoiceOne. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InvoiceOne web and mobile application platforms. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Registration
You must be a legally registered business, freelancer, sole proprietor, or authorized representative of a commercial entity under Indian law to use InvoiceOne. You agree to provide accurate registration information (including email, phone number, and GSTIN where applicable) and keep this information current.
2. User Responsibilities & Billing Accuracy
InvoiceOne is a digital utility designed to generate GST bills, estimates, and invoice templates. As the user, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax rates, product classifications (HSN/SAC codes), and calculation rules (CGST, SGST, IGST) before distributing invoices to your clients.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any transaction executed under your verified device session will be deemed initiated by you.
- You agree not to use the platform to generate fraudulent, inaccurate, or illegal invoices or tax declarations.
3. Account Limits & Multi-Device Access
To preserve security and system resources, we may enforce limits on active database transactions and simultaneous active device sessions. Attempts to bypass device locks or share single-user profiles across unlinked devices may lead to temporary suspension of API access.
4. Data Ownership & Deletion
You retain full ownership of all client lists, product databases, and invoice histories uploaded to InvoiceOne. In compliance with data protection standards:
- You can request a full backup of your billing logs in JSON format at any time.
- You may request complete account deletion. Upon verification, we will purge all active data files, rendering them unrecoverable.
5. Limitation of Liability
InvoiceOne is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, InvoiceOne shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from tax auditing discrepancies, calculation errors, business downtime, or penalties levied by the GST Council or local state tax departments.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or compliance actions arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
